Known as THE place to get boudin in Lafayette and with good reason. The boudin here is unlike anything I have ever had before.
Questions & Answers
The casing is commercially flushed pig intestines. Also, same goes for the Sausages. Most people do not eat the casing if the boidin is steamed, but do wat it it it’s grilled
Or smoked.
They are closed on Sunday and Monday's.
